This book is just..freaking funny!!! Told totally from a guys POV!! Hilarious!! “Once I’m done, I’m DONE. I’m not the kind of guy who rides the same roller coaster twice… Don’t look at me that way. Katy Evan I think I love you!!! YES. I think this may be My favorite book I have read in a very long time. Yep I'm totally in love with Remy!!!! I just freaking loved this story!!! I read it in one sitting!!!! this was me!!!!
Something strange happened for me in this book. I actually loved the heroine! That doesn't happen often. Brooke is just awesome and normal! She is driven and funny and smart. Thank god because I am so sick of doormat female characters!! Brooke had her life aspirations taken away from her but instead of wallowing, she changed her plans!!! She picked herself up and did something with what she had going for her. Where did her decisions lead her??? On the path to Remington Tate. She challenges him. She gives whatever it is he is throwing her way, right back to him. She also sees beyond the fighter that Remy is, she sees him, as a man and really, just a person.

Remy is just plain SEX. Sex on a stick...with chocolate...and sprinkles...and everything sinful. He is also too sweet for words!! ha! See what I did there?? I just loved him. He had a shit childhood. He learned to deal with it in his own way. He doesn't communicate very well through words, so he finds the most romantic ways through music to express himself to Brooke. The thing I loved is that even though he has some things he didn't want Brooke to know, he really wasn't hiding. He wasn't lying. He tried his best to communicate to her in the ways that he could. I wanted to hug him, kiss him, lick him, and comfort him all throughout the book.
The chemistry between Brooke and Remy is HOTNESS!!!! Exploding fireworks on the Fourth of July! I really was never bored with this book. Never once. It totally consumed me. I soaked the entire story up not wanting it to end.
Katy Evans, you rock lady!!! I cant wait to read more about Remy and Brooke and I cant wait to see what other stories you have in that head of yours. REAL is amazing and for it to be your debut??? HOLY SHITBALLS AMAZING!!!

Kenner|http://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1352293522p2/6459302.jpg] has done it again!!!!! Oh Damien, Damien, Damien, how I love you so. OK so at the end of book one we knew Mr. Stark has some.....issues? secrets? We knew he was carrying something heavy on those oh so sexy shoulders of his. Well book two has lived up to all of my expectations! There is no HEA in this book, because well, duh, there's three books in the series!!!! LOL So we are all still waiting on that. OK so here is why I love this series. Its been done, but it hasn't?? lol Yes OK Damien is a sexy billionaire and he falls for a girl, when he isn't known to date but this story is different!!! Nikki is a strong girl, even when at times she doesn't feel that way. Shes come from a lot of pain and shes come out stronger. She still deals with her issues but she doesn't fall victim to them. That's why I say shes strong, even when at times she feels so weak. She is able to dust herself off and not fall into old habits. Now for Damien. Oh so very sexy, charming, funny, sweet, emotionally scarred, Damien. He's not running from their relationship!!! He's not fighting what he feels, he is embracing it to the best of his ability. I love Nikki and Damien's relationship. She has a backbone but chooses her battles. He also chooses his battles with her and isn't trying to control very much. Yes he has control issues, but its a different kind of thing from well.... Mr. Grey, perhaps. LOL These are two very loving people, with good hearts, who really are teaching each other how to heal. Oh and having some INSANE HOT SEX!!!!! The first 30% of the book is A LOT OF SEX. A LOT A LOT OF SEX. I would have liked to see some more developments earlier in the book, but at least I wasn't bored!! In Claim Me, we are finally getting a glimpse into what really makes Damien tick. Why doesn't he date? What happened to his tennis career? Well all is being revealed!! Well as much as can be revealed for the second part of the story. The setup is brilliant. It's a well developed story from all sides. The authors writing style is refreshing and fun. The characters and their voices jump off of the page. They seem real. I never found myself thinking, "who says that?". Which happens a lot with me, I love reading about characters that I feel I could talk to, and I felt that way about this book. BRAVO [a:J. I LOVED this book!!!! I loved the characters and the drama!! Just everything!!!! It's a great read!!!
I liked the book. I wish the flashbacks had been condensed or reworked to not take up as much of the story, instead having more focus on present day. I look forward to the next book as we delve into her issues and hopefully good things come.
This book dragged on forever. I felt like I was reading the same scene repeatedly. It wasn't until 60% of the way through that I started to pick up. I had high hopes. Ugh. I really wanted to love it.
